Short, because the site does very little. It has no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party scripts.
What this page covers
This notice covers silverbackdestructionservices.com, the public website. It does not cover the destruction service itself — the handling of material we collect is governed by the service agreement and by the standards on the compliance page, not by this notice.
What the site collects
Only what you type into the quote form: your organisation, your name, your email address, your phone number, the type of organisation, the service you need, an optional volume estimate, the collection-point ZIP code, and any notes you add.
There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, no session recording, and no third-party embed on this site. It sets no cookies of its own.
Where it goes
Form submissions are written directly from your browser to a Supabase database. The key the browser holds can insert a row and can do nothing else — it cannot read the table, including the row you just submitted. Only the operator, using a separate key that never reaches a browser, can read submissions.
The site is served as static files by Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes request metadata such as IP address as part of delivering and protecting the site.
What it is used for
Replying to your request, preparing a quote, and the correspondence that follows. Nothing is sold, rented, or shared with a marketing service. You will not be added to a mailing list because you asked for a price.
How long it is kept
Quote requests are kept while they are live and for up to two years afterwards, so that a returning enquiry has its history. Ask and we will delete yours sooner.
Your choices
Email contracts@silverbackdestructionservices.com to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. There is no account to close and no preference centre to navigate.
Children
This is a business-to-business and business-to-government site. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If the site starts collecting something else — analytics, for instance — this page changes first. It describes the site as it is, not as it is planned to be.
